What Should Replace Paddy's Coffee House?

For an entire decade, Paddy's Coffee House brought coffee and culture to Union City's Old Alvarado district. 

The coffee shop served as more than just a place to grab a cup of joe. Paddy's Coffee hosted countless music concerts, comedy nights,poetry readings, meetings, forums and other community events. 

But the doors to Paddy's Coffee House closed for good in mid-December, leaving the building located on the corner of Smith and Watkins streets, leaving us wondering what will go in the old cafe in the future.
