Man Stabbed To Death By Acquaintance In Venice
A man was stabbed to death late Sunday in Venice.
VENICE, CA — Two men walking down a Venice street got into an argument and one stabbed the other to death, police said Monday.
It happened at 9:33 p.m. Sunday at 501 N. Venice Blvd., near Mildred Avenue, according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department's Operations Center.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, she said. The suspect fled.

The two men were apparently acquaintances. The reason for the argument was not known.
