Ultimate Fitness Festival Venice Beach Games Returns For 3rd Year

This year's Venice Beach Games will feature more than 80 free public fitness classes, competitions and experiences.

VENICE, CA — This year's Venice Beach Games will feature more than 80 free public fitness classes, competitions and experiences to capitalize on the momentum of the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.

The sun-soaked celebration of sports is free and gives attendees the chance to participate in experiences such as meditations, cold plunges and traditional and non-traditional sports.

"This year’s event is going to crush, and by 2028, the world will come to Venice to compete. If you want to be the top dog in your respective sport, you will need to add a gold medal at the Venice Beach Games to your hardware collection," said event organizer Alex Stowell.

Activities start at 9 a.m. at 1800 Ocean Front Walk in Venice, with a whole schedule of activities. In addition to sports activities, two Fitness Stages and a Martial Arts Zone will offer free classes all day.

All members of the public with all fitness levels and abilities are invited.Advance registration is available on Event Brite or starting at 8 a.m. July 29 in person.

"The highly anticipated Venice Beach Games are set to captivate audiences this year. This thrilling event has garnered widespread support from athletes across the region, uniting them in their pursuit of physical fitness, wellbeing, and a strong sense of competition," said L.A. City Rec.& Park’s Westside Superintendent Sonya Young Jimenez.
