Venice Zipline Will Open… Soon
Still no official opening date but construction has moved along.

Flighlinez – which will run the Venice zipline is still not willing to commit to an official opening date but is touting the fact that progress has been made.
According to a Flighlinez press release Monday, final materials arrived at the end of last week, towers have been completed and the stairs and decks are currently being installed.
In addition, the ticket office now has signage and is located just south of Windward on Ocean Front Walk. Tickets will be sold on a daily basis, no reservations will be taken for future dates. Tickets must be purchased prior to entering the take off tower line.

Flighlinez says local artists are on “standby,” ready to join Flightlinez and Venice Beach to finish their works on site and once the lines are strung frames will be erected around the k-rails and huge art boards will display the locals' work. Some of the artists have finished their pieces already which will give passersby a chance to enjoy the process and some completed pieces while on site.
