Vote-By-Mail Ballot Drop Box Locations In Venice, Mar Vista

VENICE, CA — Ballots for the 2022 Primary Election have arrived by mail, and vote-by-mail drop boxes are located at multiple locations in and near Venice and Mar Vista, officials said Tuesday.

Voters can drop off their vote-by-mail ballots for the statewide primary election until 8 p.m. on Election Day, June 7, at the following drop box locations:

• Westchester - Loyola Village Branch Library, 7114 West Manchester Avenue, Los Angeles.
• Glen Alla Park, 4601 Alla Road, Los Angeles.
• Lloyd Taber - Marina del Rey Library, 4533 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey.
• Venice - Abbot Kinney Memorial Branch Library, 501 Venice Boulevard, Venice.
• Mar Vista Branch Library, 12006 Venice Boulevard, Los Angeles.
• Marine Park, 1406 Marine Street, Santa Monica.
• Virginia Avenue Park. 2200 Virginia Avenue, Santa Monica.
• Culver City Julian Dixon Library, 4975 Overland Avenue, Culver City.
• Playa Vista Branch Library, 6400 Playa Vista Drive, Los Angeles.
• Wiseburn Library, 5335 West 135th Street, Hawthorne.
• El Segundo City Hall, 350 Main Street, El Segundo.

Before you drop off your vote-by-mail ballot, make sure to:

• Place your voted ballot card(s) inside the official return envelope.
• Securely seal the official return envelope.
• Sign and date the back of the official return envelope.

Ballots will be securely collected by L.A. County Registrar-Recorder staff members.

There are multiple easy return options available:

• Return by mail, no postage required.
• Use one of 400 Ballot Drop Box locations across Los Angeles County.
• Drop off at any Vote Center beginning May 28.

This election has a long ballot with many contests and candidates. Voters should review the instructions carefully and remember to sign and date the Return Envelope before submitting their ballot.

This ballot contains two concurrent elections for the U.S. Senate seat. One for the remainder of Kamala Harris' term that runs through January 3, 2023, and the second for the full 6-year term from January 3, 2023–2029. Voters can vote for both contests.

Voters can also view online candidate statements from candidates appearing on the ballot for nonpartisan County and judicial offices. This is in addition to the printed statement in the Sample Ballot book.

Translated election materials are available in 18 different languages. Voters can request their ballot and materials by returning the Language Request Form on the Sample Ballot or by calling (800) 815-2666, option 3.
