Kona Ice To Raise Funds For Center For Community Arts

The shaved ice truck will come to Walnut Creek in August and donate 20% of sales to art education in the city.

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Kona Ice, the shaved ice food truck company, will come to the Center for Community Arts for a fundraiser in August.

The Kona Ice truck will be at the Center for Community Arts parking lot on 111 N. Wiget Lane on Aug. 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Kona Ice will donate 20% of sales to the Center for Community Arts, part of the city’s arts and recreation department, and the Community Arts Foundation, which provides scholarships and advocacy for arts education.
