• Union City Woman Arraigned For Attempted Murder, Stalking, And Criminal Threats Against Teen Victim (news24-680.com) — A San Ramon teen wounded in a shooting was rushed to John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek and later released, while investigators quickly tracked the suspect to her Union City home. Prosecutors have now charged 40-year-old Xiaojie Zhang with attempted murder, stalking, child abuse, and criminal threats, and she remains in custody on a high bond as the case moves forward.
