Fleming’s is offering a new three-course lunch menu available starting at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 11, and 10 a.m. Sunday, May 12, as well as a classic Surf & Turf three-course menu that can be enjoyed all weekend. Dinner reservations begin at 4 p.m.

The three-course Mother’s Day Menu, starting at $55, features a few new entrée options: the Baby Gem Shellfish Louie salad, the Pan Roasted Maitake Mushroom Cavatappi with Grilled Chicken, a Sun-Dried Tomato & Spinach Stuffed Pork Chop, or a Filet Mignon paired with a North Atlantic Lobster Tail or Alaskan Golden King Crab Legs. All entrées include your choice of a Strawberry Fennel Salad or a Potato Leek Soup to start, and a Lime Cheesecake Tart for dessert.

Fleming's will offer a selection of cocktails, including the Tart & Tangy Mimosa, Tropical Twist Mimosa, and an Ultimate Bloody Mary. Guests can treat mom to a special Mother's Day meal of roasted salmon with risotto-style saffron couscous with sliced asparagus, peas, butter and parmesan, garnished with a julienne carrots salad.
