BMW Chase Leads To Arrest Of Arizona Man By Santa Cruz Police
Suspect Deshawn Arnold was located hours after the chase sleeping on the back patio of a residence in the Chestnut Street area.

SANTA CRUZ-Deshawn Arnold must have been tired after a police chase that ended when the BMW he is suspected of driving crashed into a Santa Cruz neighborhood fence.
Somehow, Arnold, a 32-year-old from Mesa, Arizona, escaped after fleeing the crash about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. But not for long.

According to Santa Cruz Police, Arnold was found sleeping on a back patio in the Chestnut Street area just a couple hous later.
