Coroner IDs Woman Killed In Watsonville Wrong-Way Crash
A Santa Cruz woman has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
WATSONVILLE, CA — The Santa Cruz County Coroner has identified the Moss Landing woman killed early Sunday in a head-on, wrong-way car crash in Watsonville.
Olivia Tiscareno, 45, of Moss Landing was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tiscareno was the passenger in a car driving on southbound State Route 1 when Johanna Mayapuga, 22, of Santa Cruz drunkenly drove the opposite way on the highway, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The driver of Tiscareno's car, a 46-year-old Moss Landing man, was hospitalized at Natividad Medical Center with major injuries.

Mayapuga was arrested on suspicion of a felony driving under the influence charge and hospitalized at Natividad with moderate injuries.
