Two More Arrested for Watsonville Murder
A pair of men were taken into custody and police are confident they are responsible for last week's fatal stabbing of Felipe Reyes.

The Watsonville Police Department announced early Thursday morning that two more arrests have been made in connection to last week's fatal stabbing of 20-year-old Felipe Reyes in Watsonville.
Oscar Vaca Vargas and a teenage boy were taken into custody abd "will be charged with the murder of Felipe Reyes," Sgt. Eric Taylor said in an email to Patch.
"We are confident we currently have the persons responsible for this crime. It is being investigated as gang-related," Taylor said.Β

ReyesΒ was stabbed multiple times in the torso by a group of four to five men on Feb. 28. Unsuccessful lifesaving efforts were made at the scene by emergency personnel.
More information on the arrests will be released in the days to come.Β
