Woman Arrested After Slashing Man's Face, Police Say
Officers stopped her while driving, hours after the attack, police said.

WATSONVILLE, CA β A woman has been arrested after slashing a man's face, the Watsonville Police Department said
Dalilah Yasin, 41, knew her victim, a 35-year-old man. She was out on bail after her arrest in connection with an August stabbing, police said.
Police said they met with the victim in the emergency room Sunday night, who told officers Yasin attacked him in the 100 block of West Beach Street. She was arrested hours later when officers saw her driving home, on suspicion of mayhem, assault with a deadly weapon and committing a felony while on bail, police said.

Police found the weapon and additional evidence upon a subsequent search of her house, police said.
Yasin was previously accused of stabbing a 31-year-old woman multiple times in the area of Lynbrook Court and Vic Rugh Lane, police said in August. She was arrested during a West Beach Street car stop after leaving her home, police said.

The victim in that case was hospitalized at a trauma center and released.
