WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA -- Metered parking and peak-hour towing restrictions in West Hollywood will not be enforced on Thanksgiving, the city said.In addition, the there will not be any street sweeping and street sweeping parking regulations will also not be enforced on Thursday.Permit parking and all other parking regulations, however, will still be enforced.
