Nightclub Security Guard Shot After Dispute At WeHo Club: Deputies

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA — A security guard was shot outside a Santa Monica Boulevard nightclub early Monday morning, KTLA reported.

The shooting was reported just before 1 a.m. at Apt 200, 7746 Santa Monica Blvd. The victim and the suspect got into a dispute inside the nightclub. The suspect left, returned with a firearm and shot the victim, Lt. Curtis Foster of the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station said.

The male suspect was arrested on suspicion of assault. The victim was transported to a local hospital and was in stable condition, Foster said.
