• Hit and run DUI driver gets only 7 years in prison after killing a motorcyclist in Westminster (newsantaana.com) — A Westminster resident has been sentenced to seven years in prison for a late-night DUI hit-and-run crash at Beach Boulevard and McFadden Avenue that killed a motorcyclist. The March collision, which happened within Westminster city limits, left the victim’s wife and two daughters grieving, and the driver received credit for time already served behind bars.
