'Elves' Plan Flight in Topanga

Flying elves, living dolls, toy soldiers, sweet treats and holiday shopping will all be a part of a holiday show and dance party hosted by Focus Fish in Topanga Canyon Dec. 15.

The event will focus on the aerial arts taught and performed at the nonprofit organization that focuses on art and physical education through circus camps, community aerial classes, school programs and therapy.

According to its website, Focus Fish is "FOCUSfish is a place to take risks, and become the best that you can be, all in a non-judgmental, explorative environment."

The organiztion currently reaches more than 5,000 youth, adults and children with special needs in communities throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

The benefit show will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 15 at Big Rock Ranch, 1717 Old Topanga Canyon Road, Topanga.

Admission is $10.
