WINNETKA, CA — A 68-year-old woman who suffers from dementia went missing Thursday. Naursica Istoc is described as white, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black scarf, green jacket, brown shirt, white pants and black slippers, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Istoc was last seen at 3 p.m. at her home in the 20200 block of Sherman Way, between Winnetka and Mason avenues, police said.
