Neighborhood Council to Discuss Demolition Permit, Retreat
The Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council has a light agenda set for its Wednesday evening meeting.
The board will discuss a permit to demolish one car dealership at 21701 Ventura Blvd. for the purpose of building another. The current dealership, which is aproximately 28,733 square-feet, would be replaced with an aproximately 72,404 square-foot project.
The Council will also consider creating an ad-hoc strategic planning committee and scheduling a retreat for the committee. The discussion will include consideration of an operating budget of no more than $2,000 to cover the costs of the retreat.

Finally, the board will discuss contributing $250 to co-sponsor a townhall meeting featuring Los Angeles City Council District Three candidates. The town hall is scheduled to take place Jan. 30 and is being hosted by the Woodland Hills-Tarzana Chamber of Commerce. Other neighborhood councils within District Three are also being invited to co-sponsor the event.
Wednesday's meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Woodland Hills Academy's multi-purpose room, 20800 Burbank Blvd. The next meeting is set for Feb. 13.
