Voters Turn Out Early in Woodland Hills
Voters report there were lines at local polling places Tuesday morning.
Denise Jacobs, 23, had the opportunity to support capitalism and democracy—and even grab a bite to eat—all in one stop Tuesday, as her polling place was located just below the food court at the Westfield Topanga mall.
It was Jacobs' first time voting. She said she was moved to take to the polls this year because she's seen too many people lose their homes and jobs in the past few years.
"Something's got to change," said the self-proclaimed Mitt Romney supporter.

Overhearing Jacob's comments, a passing voter countered "Keep the president, change Congress," before disappearing up the mall escalator.
Poll workers were kept busy by a steady stream of voters with about six to 10 voters in line at all times for at least a half-hour window from about 10 to 10:30 a.m. Employees at adjacent stores said the flow had been constant since opening.
