New report says so (koaa.com) — Air Force Academy home games at Falcon Stadium are part of nearly $300 million in annual sports-driven economic impact across the Pikes Peak region, according to a new report. Researchers say visiting fans boost hotels, restaurants, and retail from Colorado Springs to Manitou Springs, and local leaders are now eyeing a 138-acre multi-use sports complex that could further grow this sports economy by 2029.
