What do the nominees do for work?:
Ron Ratzell works at CDOT, and Sedona Ratzell works at King Soopers.
Why do you believe the nominees should be recognized or honored?
Ron Ratzell: He heads out every day not knowing what the day will bring. He helps the homeless along with supervising 60 people. CDOT mandates they work through this epidemic.
Sedona Ratzell: Sedona moved back home to go to school in summer, turns out she couldn't because of COVID-19. She got a job at King Soopers to help stock shelves because they were empty and there was no one to work them. She has to wear mask & gloves to protect not only herself but others. She cares deeply for others and makes sure they are taken care of.
What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your heroes?:
Ron Ratzell: He is a kind hearted, God loving individual who cares about others.
Sedona Ratzell: She puts herself on the front lines every day to help the community.
Thank you for all you do, Ron and Sedona!
