Woman Dies After Crash, Officers Fire Shots In Arvada
Arvada police were investigating a shooting near Interstate 70 Frontage Road and Kipling Street.
ARVADA, CO — A woman has died after the vehicle she was driving was shot at by police Tuesday in Arvada.
The shooting occurred near Kipling Street and Interstate 70.
The woman was trying to rob a store with a knife before she took off in the car, according to multiple reports. No officers were injured.

"We will not be releasing any more information at this time,' the Arvada Police Department said in a tweet around 2:40 p.m.
"Officers involved have been placed on admin leave per policy."
