CO State Patrol Looking For Witnesses In Hit-And-Run: Police
The Colorado State Patrol is looking to identify a truck that left the scene of a severe crash Tuesday.

ARVADA, CO — The Colorado State Patrol is looking for witnesses to identify a semi-truck that fled after a collision on I-25 Tuesday morning, police officials said.
The semi merged into a Ford sedan at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, causing the sedan to spin across multiple lanes, hitting another car in the process, police said in a news release.
The semi — which officials described as being a white bobtail truck, meaning that it had no trailer attached — left the scene of the accident. While police were able to obtain footage of the crash itself, no identifying features of the semi (such as a license plate or VIN) are visible in the footage.

The driver and passenger of the Ford were both taken to N. Suburban hospital with moderate to serious injuries, officials said. The driver of the car that the Ford struck after it had been hit by the semi was not injured.
The state patrol is asking any who witnessed the accident and might be able to identify the truck to contact their dispatch center at 303-239-4501 and reference case #1D220474.
