Food Hall Coming To Arvada In March; 9 Eateries Will Be Featured
Freedom Street Social will be owned by Nick Costanzo, a former Marco's Pizza Franchisee who wants to improve the suburbs' food scene.
ARVADA, CO — Freedom Street Social, a 12,000-square-foot food hall featuring nine restaurants, is coming to Arvada next year, The Denver Post reported.
Owner Nick Costanzo told The Denver Post that he wants the suburbs to have a food hall "for all the 45-year-olds with two kids that still want to go to Avanti but can’t drag the whole family down there."
"We’re out in the middle of a food desert out here," Costanzo said. "We’re so far northwest (in) Arvada, and you’re going to Wadsworth, Golden and Boulder to get food."

"Historically, people met in public spaces that were conducive to conversation — the village green, front porches, and outside the general store," the website reads. "These were places were the original 'third-place' intentionally not home but a comfortable place near home where connections could be made."
