Record Summer High Temps Continue: Arvada Weekend Weather
Record or near-record heat and dry conditions will persist through this weekend, and possibly into Monday, NWS said.

ARVADA, CO – Summer just won't let go in Arvada and the Front Range for the next few days. Mother Nature has has a sunny and hot weekend in store, according to the National Weather Service. Temperatures will remain in the low 90s all weekend, dropping into the 50s and 60s at night, as usual. Light winds will blow through. Monday evening there's a chance of thunderstorms.
A hot weekend ahead, the NWS said:
Record or near record heat and dry conditions will persist through this weekend, and possibly into Monday. People planning outdoor activities are reminded to stay hydrated during this abnormally hot and dry weather. Fire bans are in effect for many areas, so check ahead with local officials before heading into the backcountry. Outdoor burning of any kind is not recommended.
