The restaurant building will be used as a kitchen for the Steuben's food truck, Secret Sauce owner Josh Wolkon told Westword. Wolken joins other Colorado business owners who decided to downsize after the pandemic closures in an effort to focus on smaller operations.

"I had more time to connect with both staff and guests," Wolken told Westword.
