CU Boulder Police Urge Students To Be On The Lookout For Peeping Suspect Charles Rawson
Investigators say Rawson was looking in windows and trying to get into residence halls. He was arrested for trespassing and later released.

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)– Police on the University of Colorado Boulder campus are warning students to be on alert for a possible peeper on campus. The man has been identified as Charles Rawson.
