Former Westminster Cop Allegedly Forced Sex On Woman
Curtis Lee Arganbright, 41, pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual contact and misconduct in Broomfield with a woman while on duty in 2017.

BROOMFIELD, CO – A former Westminster police officer will appear in Broomfield District Court in November for sentencing for an incident last year with a female passenger whom he allegedly forced to have sexual contact with him in his squad car while on duty.
Curtis Lee Arganbright, 41, pleaded guilty Tuesday to misdemeanor charges of unlawful sexual contact and official misconduct, the 17th Judicial District Attorney's Office said.
On Aug. 24, 2017, Arganbright was on assignment to bring home a woman who had been released from St. Anthony North Health Campus in Westminster. He was accused of stopping in Broomfield around 1:30 am. in a deserted area near West 144th Avenue and Zuni Street and then allegedly forcing the woman to perform sexual acts, a statement said.

Sentencing will take place in Broomfield Nov. 29, the DA's office said.
