Faith Winter had BAC twice legal limit when she died in car crash, docs say (denver7.com) — Broomfield residents are learning more about the crash that killed their state senator, Faith Winter, who represented District 25, including Broomfield, Westminster, and Northglenn. A new coroner’s report shows she had a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit when she rear-ended a truck on I-25 in Arapahoe County, where she died at the scene.
