20-Year-Old Woman Hit, Killed By Rock While Driving
The suspects are still at large following the deadly attack Wednesday night and Jefferson County officials believe there are other victims.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, CO — A 20-year-old woman driving on Indiana Street was killed when suspects threw a large rock at her vehicle from their own car late Wednesday night, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said in a news release Thursday.
The incident was one in a series of similar attacks that occurred that night.
Authorities said the victim—identified as Alexa Bartell from Arvada—was on her phone talking to a friend just before the attack, after which the phone went silent. Bartell's friend tracked her phone and drove to the location on Indiana Street, where they found her car off the roadway in a field and Bartell dead inside, authorities added.
