- Are there even any homes that you can by in Colorado for $200,000? Data from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis reveals that the median list price for a home in Colorado is around $286 per square foot. That means a homebuyer in Colorado with a budget of $200,000 can only buy a 700 square foot home – the ninth smallest in comparison to other states. (Patch)
- Denver ranks in the top 10 for green coworking. CoworkingCafe researchers analyzed data to identify the U.S. cities that have the highest number of coworking spaces in buildings that are LEED certified. (Mile High CRE)
- Museo de las Americas planning expansion in the Denver's Santa Fe Art District. Claudia Moran, the executive director of the Museo dedicated to Latino arts and culture, has ambitious plans for the institution. Moran wants to enlarge the building and expand the scope of programs offered by the museum. (Westword)
- Smoke and ash contamination from the Marshall fire have left hundreds of homes uninhabitable. Even a year later, survivors of the Marshall fire that had homes that didn't burn down are facing unexpected challenges. (CO Sun)
