2013 Rape Case Dropped Against Denver Bronco Adam Gotsis
BREAKING: Georgia prosecutors decide not to go to trial in case against Broncos defensive end

ATLANTA, GA – Accusations that Denver Broncos defensive end Adam Gotsis had sexual relations with a woman "against her will" while a student-athlete at Georgia Tech in 2013 were dropped Wednesday by the Fulton County District Attorney's office.
"After a careful and thorough investigation, the Fulton Country District Attorney's Office has decided not to proceed with the case against Mr. Adam Gotsis," a statement from the DA's office said. "My office understands the sensitivity and significance of these investigations, but the evidence presented does not warrant any further action in this case."
A woman, age 25 at the time, alleged that Gotsis, a Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket, had sexually assaulted her on March 9, 2013. She reported the allegations Feb. 1 of this year in Atlanta, police reports said. His lawyers said Gotsis was cooperating with investigators.
