3 Homeless Homicide Victims Were Shot: Denver Medical Examiner
Three people killed Aug. 9 in the 700 block of North Broadway died of gunshot wounds, officials said.

DENVER, CO – Three people killed Aug. 9, identified by Denver police as itinerant, died of gunshot wounds, the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner announced Monday.
The two male and one female victims were identified as Christopher Zamudio, 44, Jerome Coronado, 39 and Nicole Boston, 28. On Monday, Denver Police did not offer any further information about the incident.
The three bodies were found Thursday around 11 a.m. close to the Light Rail station near South Broadway and East Ohio Avenue near I-25. Police said the deaths were homicides, but did not reveal the cause of death. RTD police were also assisting in the investigation.

Police announced that the bodies were found Thursday morning, but didn't say what time they died.
Another incident happened early Thursday morning about 500 feet away. At about 4:36 a.m. a man was stabbed and hospitalized in critical condition. Kyle Cuffe, 20, was arrested in connection with that stabbing. Police did not say whether or not that incident is connected to the triple homicide.

Police and Metro Denver Crime Stoppers have offered $2,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case.
