Colorado Gov. Jared Polis tested positive for COVID-19 Thursday morning, according to a news release from his office.

Polis is asymptomatic and will continue his work as governor remotely from home until he is no longer contagious after five days if he continues to see no symptoms.
The news release said the governor, who is fully vaccinated, had been testing regularly after a known exposure.

This is Polis’ second COVID infection. He and First Gentleman Marlon Reis tested positive in November 2020. He was reportedly asymptomatic during that episode as well.
