Denver Summit FC and neighborhood groups create a Community Benefits Agreement (denver7.com) — A new Community Benefits Agreement spells out how Denver Summit FC will invest in Denver neighborhoods as it pursues a stadium at Santa Fe Yards, including $400,000 upfront and $300,000 annually for a community fund.
