Colorado Student In Custody After 'Columbine-Style' Threat
One student is in custody and at least five other students are being questioned Monday after authorities were made aware of the threats.

TELLURIDE, CO -- A Colorado student is in custody Monday after authorities were made aware of "Columbine-Style" threats being discussed on social media app, Snapchat. Five other students were being questioned after the threats were made to Telluride High School, the San Miguel Sheriff's Office said.
Authorities were notified of the threats around 3 p.m. Sunday by a student. The threat said that a shooting was planned and explosives would be placed on campus Monday, the sheriff's office said.
One student was taken into protective custody at 5 p.m. Sunday and a rifle and handgun were taken from the student's home by investigators.

School Superintendent Mike Gass decided to close school Monday to allow for a more thorough investigation.
Authorities are currently sweeping the school to check for explosives or unusual activity.
