- The states and federal government are urging the Supreme Court to bring an end to the Navajo Nation's legal battle for Colorado River water. If victorious, it could disrupt the water-sharing system in the western region of the United States. (PBS)
- Frozen Dead Guy Days event moved to Estes Park, and now it looks like the frozen dead guy is, too. Since the 1990s, the body of Norwegian citizen Bredo Moerstol has been kept in a shed located in Nederland, after his grandson Trygve attempted to establish a cryogenics laboratory. Moerstol's body is now going to be moved from Nederland to the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. (CBS4)
- Governor Polis has directed Colorado regulators to adopt stricter measures against air pollution caused by the oil and gas industry.
