- Denver City Council approved the extension of Safe Outdoor Spaces through 2024. Denver's City Council has granted an extension to the Safe Outdoor Spaces program through next year. Additionally, council authorized an extra $7.5 million to operate the camping facilities. A large portion of that funding originates from the American Rescue Plan Act. (CBS4)

- Colorado's housing market has experienced its most significant and continuous decline in more than 10 years. The median value of a single-family house in the Denver region has plummeted by over $90,000. - According to a recent study, Denver's e-bike rebate program has been a smart investment. According Ride Report, a technology firm focusing on micromobility, e-bikes have significantly reduced gas vehicle trips and have been demonstrated to be a cost-efficient mode of transportation within urban areas. In collaboration with the city, Ride Report monitored rebate recipients who voluntarily downloaded their application. The study found that, in 2021, the 100 or so individuals tracked by the company rode e-bikes an average of 26 miles per week, thus substituting 3.4 roundtrips made by a vehicle. (Axios)
