I-25 Crashes In Denver Slow Traffic; Car Falls Into River: Report
A pair of crashes slowed traffic during rush hour Wednesday morning, according to a report. A car fell into the South Platte River.

DENVER, CO — A pair of crashes slowed traffic ON Interstate 25 in Denver during rush hour Wednesday morning, according to a report, and photos showed a car fell into the South Platte River.
The six-car pileup happened on the southbound lanes of the interstate around 6:40 a.m. near West 6th Avenue, police said. One vehicle fell into the river and the driver was seen walking n the water until firefighters arrived, KMGH-TV reported.
Denver police said they're investigating the wreck. No one was hurt. Around 7 a.m., police said an off ramp to 6th Avenue was closed and recommended drivers find a different route. Several lanes were closed.

Police were also investigating a three-car crash on the northbound lanes of I-25 near Speer Boulevard. Two lanes were closed in that crash.
