Large Explosion Causes Concern For Denver Residents
Denver police have clarified what caused a large explosion in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
DENVER (CBS4) – A large explosion in the Cap Hill neighborhood in Denver sent residents to social media to figure out what was going on. The explosion happened about an hour after four people were arrested following protests in Denver.
Denver police say the explosion was due to a firework set off in a dumpster. It happened near 13th Avenue and Ogden Street.
