Man Shot On Sheridan Boulevard, Taken To Hospital

A man was shot early Wednesday morning on the border between Lakewood and Denver. He was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

DENVER, CO – A man was injured in a shooting on the border between Lakewood and Denver in the early morning Wednesday.

Denver police responded to a shooting incident near the intersection of West 2nd Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard. The man's injuries were "non life threatening," police tweeted at 2:41 a.m. He was taken to a hospital.

Police had released no suspect information by 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
