- Denver Housing Authority is looking for a developer to build housing in the Golden Triangle. DHA has released a Request for Qualifications seeking a development partner to construct new housing units equipped with supportive services on DHA-owned properties situated on Delaware Street in the Golden Triangle neighborhood. The aim of the RFQ is to identify a development partner capable that's capable of constructing, possessing, and managing affordable and supportive housing on these sites. (Mile High CRE)
- Man reunited with his stolen car thanks to the help of a Facebook group. The man's car was stolen from outside his home near Sloan's Lake as his family was preparing to go to church. (FOX31)
- Unpacking the reasons why Denver's spring snow season never materialized. March and April are usually the months with the highest snowfall in Denver, but a shift in weather patterns prevented the snow from falling around the metro area. (9News)
- Both Denver mayoral candidates reverse course on giving away Park Hill Golf Course easement to developer. Both Kelly Brough and Mike Johnston supported ballot measure 20 which would have given the existing perpetual conservation easement away to a developer. After the measure saw a resounding defeat at the ballot box, the candidates now say that if they become mayor, they'd buy the land from Westside Investment Partners, and make it a public park.
