Light Rail Train Death May Have Been 'Intentional' – Police
The H Line is running again after a person on the tracks was struck and killed Thursday night, RTD said.

DENVER, CO – The RTD H Line light-rail trains at the Alameda crossing have resumed operation after a pedestrian was killed on the tracks Thursday night, the agency said.
Further details about the incident have not been released, but the initial investigation showed that the person killed night may have "taken intentional steps to cause the incident," Denver police tweeted around 5 a.m. The accident happened on the H Line tracks near West Bayaud Avenue and Santa Fe Drive. Emergency workers were on the scene at the Bayaud Light Rail Crossing.
“It appears a northbound H Line light rail train struck a pedestrian on the tracks,” RTD spokesman Scott Reed told Denver7 Thursday night. The accident closed the H Line tracks Friday morning.
