Police Seek Shooter In East Denver Homicide
Andro "Andrew" Charles Lowate, 25, was fatally shot after an argument near the 1300 block of Yosemite St., police said.

DENVER, CO – Police are searching for a shooter in connection with an East-Denver homicide Wednesday night.
Police said Andro “Andrew” Charles Lowate, 25, was shot dead around 8:50 p.m. in the 1300 block alley between Xenia and Yosemite Streets. The shooting happened after a fight with Lowate and a group of men and a woman. One man, described as a "black male in his 20’s" fired a handgun, striking Lowate, who later died of his injuries. The alleged shooter and his companions (described as two-to-three black men and a black woman) fled on foot.
Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call the Denver Police Department (720-913-2000). Tipsters may remain anonymous and can get a reward of up to $2,000 by calling Metro Crime Stoppers (720-913-7867).
