Power Outages In Denver And Lakewood Affect 8,300
Power was restored for customers in Denver's LoDo neighborhood and Lakewood late Wednesday night.

DENVER, CO – Power returned to thousands of households in Denver and Lakewood around 11:30 p.m. after they lost electricity Wednesday night.
In Denver, about 3,600 customers were affected, mostly in the LoDo Denver neighborhoods around Coors Field. In Lakewood, around 2,400 customers near the Colorado Mills Mall were affected.
Crews from Xcel were "working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible," the company said. Estimated time for the Lakewood neighborhood power to be restored was predicted to be 11:30 p.m., the company said. There was no time given for the Denver customers.
