3 Injured In Crash In Popular Downtown Denver Destination
Witnesses said the driver of a van reportedly drove into people on 16th Street.

DENVER, CO -- Three people were taken to a hospital Sunday after suffering injuries from a three-car crash involving pedestrians in a popular downtown Denver area, police said. The incident was reported after 1 p.m.
Twitter users at the scene on 15th and California streets said a driver of a van reportedly drove into pedestrians, even dragging one person.
One person possibly suffered serious bodily injuries, police said.

The driver was in custody. Police told Patch that the incident does not appear to be terror-related.
The incident happened at the 16th Street Mall, a popular destination in Denver that typically attracts tourists and locals.
