Jefferson County, CO. – On September 24, 2021, Scott Smith (06/15/1975) was arrested on charges of murder in the first degree, tampering with physical evidence, and domestic violence related to a 2020 case that resulted in the death of his wife, Kanokwan (Nok) Smith.
