The community will have an "award-winning outdoor classroom," lush community gardens, on-site resident services and an artist in residence program, according to its <a href="https://www.mwhsolutions.org/lamar-station-crossing-phase-ii.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">website</a>. It will be made up of three studio apartments, 27 one-bedrooms, 28 two-bedrooms and seven 3-bedrooms, the website said. The complex is located less than one block from RTD Light Rail in the 40West Art District. Anyone earning between 20 and 80 percent of the Lakewood Area Median Income (AMI) is qualified to apply for Lamar Station Crossing II, the website said. In Lakewood, 80 percent of AMI is $55,950 for one person, $63,950 for two people and $71,950 for three people, according to <a href="https://affordablehousingonline.com/housing-search/Colorado/Lakewood" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Affordable Housing Online</a>.
