Apply To Live At Lamar Station Crossing Phase II By Wednesday
Lakewood's new affordable housing complex, set to open in November, will have studios and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.

LAKEWOOD, CO — Lakewood residents who qualify for affordable housing have until 5 p.m. on Wednesday to apply to live at Lamar Station Crossing Phase II, an addition to the existing Lamar Station Crossing campus that will have 65 units.
The community will have an "award-winning outdoor classroom," lush community gardens, on-site resident services and an artist in residence program, according to its website.
It will be made up of three studio apartments, 27 one-bedrooms, 28 two-bedrooms and seven 3-bedrooms, the website said. The complex is located less than one block from RTD Light Rail in the 40West Art District.

Anyone earning between 20 and 80 percent of the Lakewood Area Median Income (AMI) is qualified to apply for Lamar Station Crossing II, the website said.
In Lakewood, 80 percent of AMI is $55,950 for one person, $63,950 for two people and $71,950 for three people, according to Affordable Housing Online.
