Bronco's Draft Picks To Be Announced At Casa Bonita In Lakewood

LAKEWOOD, CO -- The Denver Broncos have picked some special personalities and locations for the announcement of their draft picks for the upcoming season. Be ready for divers, waterfalls and people in gorilla suits to accompany the Big Reveal in Lakewood.

First Round: The Broncos have chosen Austin Denton, a teenage cancer survivor to announce the team's first pick. Denton previously visited the Broncos in 2016 as CBS' "The NFL Today" correspondent.

Second Round: Ring of Fame safety Steve Atwater will then announce the Broncos' second-round pick.

Third Round: Ed McCaffrey, former Broncos wide receiver, will announce a pick for the Broncos in the third round. McCaffrey was the Broncos' 2002 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee. McCaffrey will join other former nominees in announcing a pick in the third round.

Fourth and Fifth Rounds: These two rounds of draft pick selections will be made in the friendly confines of Lakewood's Casa Bonita, the Mexican-themed restaurant, indoor theme park with arcades, live entertainment and waterfalls. The restaurant, which has been in business since the 1970s, had a memorable bit-part in a South Park episode that thrust the eatery into immortality.
