Cider Days Festival Returns To Lakewood For 45th Year
One of metro Denver's most popular fall festivals is back. Here's everything you need to know about Cider Days.
LAKEWOOD, CO — A decades-old Lakewood fall tradition is back this year in celebration of our region's agricultural heritage.
The Cider Days festival is set to be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Oct. 2 and Oct. 3 in Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park, 801 S. Yarrow St.
Admission per day is $10 ($8 in advance), and $6 for children ages 3-12. Tickets, which include all entertainment and kids activities, go on sale at 10 a.m. on Aug. 26.

Cider Days will include an antique and vintage tractor pull, apple pie eating contests, trick pigs, line dancing, a magic show, and of course, plenty of apple cider.
Kids activities include a straw bale maze, face painting, train and burro rides, balloon twisting, a petting zoo and crafts.

The festival will also include a beer garden, which will feature the Colorado Cider Company, WestFax Brewing Company, Great Frontier Brewing Company, Landlocked Ales, Old 121 Brew House and Green Mountain Beer Company.
Free festival parking, free shuttle service to designated nearby lots and a free bike valet at the event entrance will be available, organizers said.

Hard Cider Tasting
A separate cider tasting event will be held from noon to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 25.
Tasting tickets — $40 — also go on sale at 10 a.m. Aug. 26 and are expected to sell out quickly, organizers said.
